Mr. Penrose has been in
the private practice of law in St. Petersburg for over 30 years.
He was
Board Certified in Marital
and Family Law by the Florida Bar in 1991. He is a Florida Bar Board
Certified Family Law
Mediator, and also a Certified Matrimonial Arbitrator by the American Academy
of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Penrose has been a guest lecturer
at Stetson University College of Law in the Family Law Practicum, as well
as an author/lecturer for the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education program,
including "Use of Demonstrative Evidence in Matrimonial Cases."
